A short post this morning of a direct excerpt from a customer email. Quite possibly the best email I’ve received this month:

” Excellent. Now we’re all equally confused. I’m having a conversation with our guy in the US right now, and he’s confused about licenses too.

I’ll get back to you once we reach a consensus on exactly in what definite way we are confused, so we can proceed in a state of deterministic indeterminism.”

Couldn’t have said it better myself.

And I suspect, when all is said and done we’ll need to get together for a bit of a debrief about the whole situation with the aid of some intelligence enhancing beverages…
